韓國炒粉絲 (四人份) Korean Stir-Fried Glass Noodles
材料 ingredients
甘筍 2條 carrots 2
冬菇 5-6隻 Dried mushrooms 5-6
洋蔥 1個 onion 1
菠菜苗 半斤 Spinach 300g
韓國粉絲 半包 Korean Glass Noodles 1/2 Bag
肥牛 半磅 sliced beef 1/2 pround
蒜蓉 1大匙 Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
汁料
醬油 4大匙 soy sauce 4 tbsp
味醂 1大匙 mirin 1 tbsp
麻油 1.5大匙 sesame oil 1.5 tbsp
糖 2小匙 sugar 2 tsp
胡椒粉 1小匙 white pepper powder 1 tsp
韓國辣椒粉 2小匙(沒有可略) Korean chili powder 2tsp (ignore if you don't have it)
煮法:
冬菇先用浸水幾小時至軟身
甘筍先洗淨,去皮刨絲
洋蔥洗淨,去皮切絲
浸軟的冬菇揸乾水份,切絲
菠菜苗剪去根部,洗淨隔水備用
燒沸一鍋水,下韓國粉絲煮6分鐘,隔水後用鉸剪剪數下之後備用
之後燒熱鑊,下油再下蒜蓉、洋蔥炒軟
下肥牛炒至半熟
下甘筍、冬菇炒至甘筍軟身
之後下2小匙鹽先調味
下菠菜苗翻炒至熟
再下韓國粉絲及汁料炒勻即可
Step:
Soak the dried mushrooms in water for a few hours to be soften
Wash the carrots first, peel and shred
Wash the onion, peel and shred
Dry up and shredded the mushrooms,
Cut off the roots of the spinach, wash and set aside
Boil a pot of water, cook the Korean glass noodles for 6 minutes and drain off
Then heat up the wok, add oil and then add garlic and onion to stir-fry until soft
Let the sliced beef in and Stir-fry to half-cooked
Add carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry until the carrots are soft
Put 2 tsp of salt for seasoning
Stir fry the spinach
Add the Korean glass noodles and sauce and stir well
