大蝦菠菜蘑菇意粉 Shrimp Pasta with Mushroom and spinach 老娘的草根飯堂
這個意粉真係超簡單
材料按自己按好配就好
一碟就有齊肉、菜同澱粉
我常常放工回家沒時間就做這個
不用醃不用燜,快手的話半個鐘就可以吃了
材料(二人份)
大蝦 6-8隻 shrimp 6-8
意粉 半包 spaghetti 1/2 bag
菠菜苗 200g Spinach 200g
大啡菇 2個 Mushroom
洋蔥 半個 Onion 1/2
蒜蓉 1大匙 Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
白酒 1大匙 White Wine 1 tbsp
做法
大蝦先剪走蝦頭的尖尖,眼睛還有蝦腳
cut off the prawns ‘s head, eyes and legs
用小刀劏開蝦背,取腸,用廚紙印乾備用
Butterflied prawns, clean up the intestines, and dried on kitchen paper
一大鍋水煮沸,加點鹽,下意粉煮8分鐘,瀝乾備用
Boil a large pot of water, stir in a little salt, put the spaghetti in and cook for 8 minutes, drain and set aside
菠菜苗剪走根部,洗淨備用
Clean up the spinach and cut off the roots
洋蔥洗淨去皮切絲備用
Wash, peeled and shredded the onion
蘑菇洗淨切片備用
Clean and slice the mushrooms
蝦在煎之前先灑上鹽和胡椒粉
Sprinkle the prawns with salt and pepper before frying
另準備煎鍋,下點油,之後下大蝦
Fried the prawns in a frying pan with some oil and salt
兩邊煎至金黃,之後下一大匙白酒,加蓋焗一焗後夾起
Fry both sides until golden brown, then add a tablespoon of white wine,
Cover it for a while, then pick it up
原鍋下點油,下蒜蓉、洋蔥炒香
stir-fry the minced garlic, onion in the same pan
下磨菇炒勻,加蓋焗一焗
Stir-fry the mushrooms, cover it for a while
下菠菜苗炒熟,
Stir-fry the spinac,
最後下意粉炒勻,下點鹽和黑胡椒調味, 試味後起鍋
Finally put in spaghetti and stir well,add some salt and black pepper and tasting
意粉上碟放下大蝦即成
Put the prawns on the spaghetti and serve
