咖哩牛腩今日睇蠟筆小新,見到小新整咖哩整到一pat屎.... 我又心思思整咖哩,但成日都整咖哩雞好悶,呢次就整牛腩啦! 材料:牛肋/腩白蘿蔔甘筍薯仔洋蔥汁料:10蚊店咖哩磚一盒煮法:- 牛腩切粒,先出水- 白蘿蔔,甘筍,薯仔,洋蔥切大粒- 用大鍋,大火,落少許油,依次落材料: 洋蔥<薯仔<甘筍<白蘿蔔- 最後落牛腩,炒勻後加水至沒頂。- 轉中小火,燜45分鐘- 加咖哩磚,再煮至汁濃,上碟。牛腩我用急凍牛肋條5條,一樣燜到好淋,好好味! 配上蔥飯+洋蔥烤餅,勁勁勁勁飽!!!!
